It's software that parses XML. Brief enough?

Do you have a specific question about XML parsing, a given XML parser or indeed it's use within the Websphere MQ world? A question not answerable by the product documentation, the many fine books on the subject or Mr. Google?

Or is there particular documentation you're looking for the links to?

it is a program that interprets a bit stream or tree that represents a message that belongs tk the xml domain and generates the corresponding tree from the bit stream on input,or bit stream from the tree on output.The bit stream is a representation of an XML file (it also parse for the JMS domain because there os no JMS parser)
