We are trying to upgrade our current WF environment from 3.5 to 3.6. I have few questions:

Any deadline for WF 3.6 support yet?

What is the most stable service pack for 3.6?

Any know issues during the upgrade?

I am not aware of any date for withdrawal of support for MQWF at this time.

I am running with service pack 4 and have found no issues, but you might want to check with IBM.
