Hi All,

I am unable view the solaris users list in the V6 tool kit for adding pub/sub ACL control.

Environment details :

WMB6/Csd01 -Solaris

Steps:

Created a UserNameServer
Modified broker property using mqsichangebroker -s & -j
Modified configmgr property using mqsichangeconfigmgr -s
Checked all channels running between userNameServer/broker/Configmgr

Finally after creating the topic trying to add the user details for ACL rights using manage policies but unable to view broker unix user names in the toolkit.

Checked broker syslog and no error related to this. ?

Any help will be appreciated

have you done 'mqsistart UserNameServer'?

info about the user name server on solaris is written to 'user.info', check your syslog config to see to which media that info is redirected.
You should see a start of the UserNameServer in 'user.info'.
