The Message Broker Toolkit cannot connect to the Configuration Manager.

When i try to connect to Config Mgr through my broker toolkit it gives the error

Could not connect to MQ Queue Manager 'SIMMQSIQA1' (reason code=2009)

The event viewer shows me the below error
Channel program ended abnormally.

Channel program 'SYSTEM.BKR.CONFIG' ended abnormally.

Look at previous error messages for channel program 'SYSTEM.BKR.CONFIG' in the error files to determine the cause of the failure.


MQ ver is 5.3

Can someone help me

I can see some more error messages in EVENT VIEWER

Authorization failed because the SID for entity 'sysadmin' cannot be obtained.

The Object Authority Manager was unable to obtain a SID for the specified entity.

Ensure that the entity is valid, and that all necessary domain controllers are available.

Ensure that you have at least MQ v5.3 FP12 installed. Also ensure that you have the Java component of MQ installed.
