Hi all,

I am looking for some documentation about message that WBI writes to syslog (usually errors), especially for structure of this messages.
The list of all BIP codes that included in all kind of exceptions also will also be helpful.
I'd like to setup some program to read the syslog and understand the error message and notify about errors that broker reports. Maybe even conclude status of message flows, execution groups, db etc.

Thanks,

Alex

It's probably not worth the time and effort to write your own monitoring tool.

The messages are not documented in a list form other than on your broker machine in messages.html

The odds of most of those messages appearing on any given system are small.

Thanks for the answer.

Anyway I ment to configure a SSM/Netcool log file probe for this purpose, which sends snmp traps when it recongnizes error message.
Maybe you can point me to a couple of most commonly occuring error messages, except MQ and DB errors.

best regards,

Alex

Most of the errors that should get thrown would be a result of stuff in your flow.

So, I can't really say what they are.
