Ok, I have a strange situation.(wmq5.3 win) application Testers have noticed that a local queue that always has put/get allowed is now mysteriously having the get inhibited. The only true way I know of a lcl queue being changed to such is if it is actually changed in the mmc/runmqsc(by an admin) or programmatically which all developers say they are not doingjust FYI.. I do know they have a JMS program that implements the MessageListener interface and uses selectors do it is constantly checking the queue over for new messages half of which belong to it(jms pgm) and the other half that belong to program that uses standard mq api. Is there any other way the lcl queue can be changed to get inhibited by this jms listener do infinite checking? thanks
Yes, this is indeed strange. Luckily it is not a transmission queue but a local queue. the 2016 s getting thrown when a method is being called to the clear all messages from the queue..thanks
