Message Broker 6.0 Fix Pack installation order

I installed MQ6.0 first and upgraded to 6.0.1.1

Then I installed Message Broker 6.0 and upgraded to Fix Pack 3.

Now I'd like to install Message Broker 6.0 Toolkit for Windows. Will this work out OK or am I in trouble because some of Fix Pack 3 may have targeted the Toolkit?

What is the recommended course of action at this point?

You should be alright. FP for runtime and FP for toolkit are different. That should not be a problem. Now go and install toolkit and update to fp2

The only way you might run into trouble with installing Toolkit is if you already have another WebSphere development tool that is based on RAD installed - like WebSphere Integration Developer or RAD itself or Modeller or a couple of other things.

Then you have to make sure you have a comparable level of installers, and then fix pack everything. That is, you have to start at the same level of everything - and then fixpack to the current level. So if you have a 6.0.0.0 Toolkit installer, and a 6.0.1 WID installed, you have to back out WID and put down Toolkit and then fixpack it to 6.0.1 and then re-install WID and then fixpack everything to latest.
