Hi,
Whenever I am trying to Check In newly created components (Message Flows and Message Sets), I am getting the following error.
"BIP0500E WebDAV Status Response Code: 500 Internal Server Error."
But I am able to Check Out and Check In the already existing components.
Can anyone please let me know under what circumstances such error occurs.
Thank you. _________________ Regards,

Hi Kishore,
What is the version and CSD level? Typically the BIP0500E error results from a corrupted local repository. To clear up (in v2.1), delete the contents of <WMQI>\Tool\Repository\private directory. !!! IMPORTANT!!! DO NOT DELETE private directory.
Also, remove panes.ini from the Tool directory and restart the Control Center.

Chenulu, Thanks for your response.
By the way Version and CSD are 2.1 and CSD 07 respectively.
I would like to highlight that I am facing the below mentioned problem only when the control Center and Configuration Manager are in two different Machines (ie Remote Connection).
Also Even after deleting the files in the Private Folder, the same problem is persisting!!!
Could the reason be something else??? _________________ Regards,

amateur,
After deleting the directory contents, did you restart the configmgr? |

Yep!!!
I restarted the Config manager and also the Machine.
But what I am not able to comprehend is, the problem is arising only when the Control Center and Config Mgr are in different Machines. Otherwise NOT.
Note : The CSD levels are same in the two machines. _________________ Regards,

Hi,
The issues with Check In is resolved now.
All the while I was deleting the contents of Private folders in Configuration Manager. But after deleting the same in Control Center machine, it started working.
Chenulu, Thanks for your timely suggestion. _________________ Regards,

Hi,
I am absolutely sorry about not mentioning that the above procedure is to clear the CC cache.
