Broker database= remote Oracle
I have a question that my searching has not turned up an answer for. When a broker's database is located on a remote machine what effect will there be to the broker when that remote machine is rebooted?
Experience indicates the broker doesn't know or care, which makes me think it caches the flow information and only hits the database at start time or when there are changes. Are there other periodic refreshes as well? How long can I expect the broker to keep running with no problems when the database is not available? The database machines have monthly reboot schedules and the maintenance window can be as long as six hours.
Broker will look and update the broker db..when ever any deployment of new flows in EG or changing the status of any flows in EG .But I think if u have pub-sub flows then its looks run time. _________________ Jain Varghese
