As I understand, there are tree more trees in addition to the message tree in message broker 6. There tree are namely,

LocalEnvironment
environment,
ExceptionList

Is there any tree such as destination tree? which nodes does this availe for processing if it is there?

Destinations can be set up in LocalEnvironment. Read up on the MQ Output node and Label Nodes etc...
