Presently, messages are building up on a JMS subscriber queue.
My client believes they are for two rogue subscribers that would have been removed by the application if they were running.
Unfortunately, the subscribers can't connect; when they do they get a
3078 MQRCCF_DUPLICATE_IDENTITY (Publisher or subscriber identity already assigned to another user ID). They have managed to use slightly different subscriber names to get round this. However, messages are continuing to build on the subscriber queue as a result of the rogue subscribers.
I have run an amqspsd report which specified an ApplCount of 7 on the topic. However, it only lists 5 different subscription names. My client believes that the 2 rogue subscribers have different names to the 5 that have been listed.
Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
Does anyone have any recommendations for the best way to remove rogue subscribers?
