Try to execute this command. this will be giving all the subscriptiondetails that are present on the broker. these details are retrived from the broker database

mqsibrowse brokername -t bSUBSCRIPTIONS >c:\subscriptiondetails.log

1) Check whether the channel from broker to configmgr is running.
2) Check whether you have any messages in SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.REPLY queue of the configmgr.

ConfigMgr subscribes to the subscription status messages on the broker to know the new subscriptions created/removed on the broker. This is a non-persistant subscription and hence if you have restarted the broker QM or confimgr QM before the status message was processed by the configmgr, then you will lose it and will not show up in the configuration manger's subscriptions list.

So the only reliable way to know the subscription status is to directly check the subscription table of the broker using mqsibrowse command.
