Hi

I want to know that is there any Order dependency that i have to take care before killing the MQ Processes.

I'm trying to use a script to kill the MQ processes instead of endmqm.

MQ Version : 6.0
Operating System: HP-UX

I refer you to Appendix D of the System Administration manual (or it's online equivalent), titled "Stopping and removing queue managers manually". Clearly it's the stopping part you're after.

I would urge (in normal usage certainly) to use endmqm rather than a script. Or a script that issues endmqm.
