We had some problem with broker database connectivity which was later restored. But now we have rather unusual problem. Whenever I deploy a bar to an EG, the deploy message clearly goes to Broker QM and gets processsed but the response coming to SYSTEM.BROKER.CONFIG.REPLY is not being picked up by the configuration Manager. Interestingly the toolkit is updating the deploy status.

Could someone tell me what would be causing this.
I tried cleaning up the queue, restarting configmgr, broker and QMGR. And the ProcessState and DynamicState seems to be okay (1) for each of the EGs when i used mqsibrowse command.

is the queue used by ToolKit to receive messages from the Config Mgr.

So it is your toolset that is not taking the message. Check the toolkit log for any errors. Also check the 'Open input count' of the queue or if you are on v.6 explorer, u can check the queue status to see the queue handle status of the queue.
