I have a windows machine with MQ5.3 installed

I had created a cluster with 2 Mgr ..then later i added one more Qmgr to it....
After few days i added another Qmgr to the cluster.

Now i no longer need the cluster so i removed all the 3 Qmgrs from the cluster...but in the Cluster it still shows me the existence....but now the Qmgrs are no longer a part of the cluster

How do i remove the left over cluster existence from the console

How did you remove the QMgrs?

Which one was repository?

Did the channel go into state INACTIVE?

Did you run the command REFRESH CLUSTER(...) REPOS(YES)?

And, of course, that was the recommended procedure for removing a queue manager from the cluster - because you verified that against the documentation first.

RIGHT?

wbimb,

perform cluster changes only when the repositories are available. Do not stop the cluster channels, because the cluster information must be passed to the connected systems.

And please follow jefflowrey's hint and read the documentation!

Hi. I just went through this the other day, too. You probably want to start those channels back up and disassemble the cluster properly. Be sure and remove any clustered objects (other than channels) that you may have had in your cluster first.

Here's a link to the documentation everyone's talking about.
