I have 3 Qmgrs (A, B, C) and all the 3 are part of the cluster(CLUS1)

Now QMgr A is the full repository means it stored the information about all that are part of the cluster.

I have the below doubts

1. where does it store the informaiton for the cluster
2. If A is the full repository and stores all the info then why it doesnt allow me to add QMGr "B" in other cluster
3. If it says that QMgr B is a partial repository then what values does QMgr B store
