Does anyone know how to monitor for MAXCHANNEL conditions on a queue manager using QPasa 3.3?

I would like to set alert conditions when the MAXCHANNEL count begins increasing to particular thresholds. I would like to do this as an aggregated total of all connections on the SVRCONN channels. however, I could also do it on a channel-by-channel basis if I had to.

Any ideas welcome.

Thanks,
Roadie

Talk to the QPasa hotline or support@mqsoftware.com
They are usually pretty good at helping you out.

I have raised this as a requirement to MQSoftware earlier in the year. Hopefully soon it will be part of the product.

I also need History on # of active channels @ the QM level, and history / alerting for # of channels at the channel level.

Please snd in your requirements as well. The more of ask, the faster it will happen.
