I created a new config manager and when i tried to deploy, I get this
<<<BIP1106S: WebSphere MQ error detected, reason code 2030>>> error.

Also when I did look into the MQ failure report I do see the queue manager log as full. I am not sure how this is affecting the deployment and how to fix this. Any help is truly appreciated.

qmgr log full is never good. Go fix the qmgr first, then redeploy
