Have recently patched the WMB6 toolkit to 6.0.0.1 and occasionally get an error:-
Errors Running Operations.
Refreshing marker view (Error:Error)
I think that this is probably more to do with Eclipse than WebSphere. Have tried running "wmbt.exe -clean" and have tried to 'clean' projects - no change.

Any suggestions please?

Export everything in your workspace as a Project Interchange zip file.

Delete your workspace.

Create a new workspace and reimport the Project Interchange file.
