Well if you are not prepared to answer questions ypu don't know, you might be better of applying for another job, where you can answer the questions.

There must be trillions of questions that somebody could ask.

Then perhaps u r in an even worse situation...if you don't know what to ask itself, then how do u expect the recruited guy to know anything

Usually interviewers ask stuff from the resume of the individual...then a little on what u might be expecting him to work on, in the project...and also let him speak of his previous work...u get questions within his/her answers...

One think which i personally detest in interviewers is that they are stuck to one answer that they would have noted down before the call...and they just want to hear that, nothing else is correct for them keep an open mind...
Also, why ask questions on what he he/she has not woked on....does it feel good to hear "I dont know"...does that make the interviewer any greater...
rather ask stuff from what he/she has worked on, and see if he/she is good with what they know...new things can always be picked up...an interviewer must see mainly if the individual is capable of quick learning..

Regards.

I totally agree with you..but i asked for questions cause this was my first ever experinece in taking an interview, never before I had taken one...so didnt know WHT to ask....now that you have told me it will be of great help.

But it will be better that people dont assume things....it is always FIRST TIME for people....AND people taking the interview and giving the interview for the FIRST TIME ...both are little scared....cause if the person taking the interview didnt ask proper questions...and if a wrong person is recruited then The company can have a problem.

SO please consider that there are always FIRST TIMERS

What on earth?! Dude, If you are posting your resume in one post an on the other post you are asking for interview questions this is usually a safe bet.

Anyway. I was the interviewer for a couple of times, and I was asking 2 kinds of questions. Personal ones where I checked whether or not ones CV make sense. The other ones were technical questions about stuff that was relevant for our project.

I don't know about elsewhere, but this (IMHO) one of the biggest problems in America today! Inexperienced non-technical people interviewing people for a technical position. Some don't even speak the language (English, I mean) very well. GOD!

I do understand this individual's motivations, but his company is just wrong in their approach of how to replace him. Sounds like they've turned everything over to the accountants like they've done over here.

Can't seem to find where anyone mentioned which avenue of MQ/WMB they're seeking questions for.

Surely the questions would differ between the programming track versus the administrative track.

Thisis not good, we are in internet spending time for sending message. Mattre downloading PDF from IBM. If you want to get into MQ Series, Lot of PDFs are available at www.ibm.com better use it and gain your knowledge before start your work. Theorical may not help when you at work.

How would you know whether answers are correct? This is retarted and what is even more retarded is that people are not embarassed to ask questions like this one.
