If I had given an authrization ie "Staff definition"(option is checked) for a person while creating the person.

When the new person login it can change any authorization ..and he can change authrization for any person.

It appears to be a loophole of authrization in workflow..??

Hi,

If you check the "Staff Definition" option, it means - That user can Create and Change any user autorization so this rights has to be given very carefully and not to all the persons in your organization.

Normally all the user participating in Workflow shouldn't have any of these rights. For user who create your process model in Buildtime should have the process defintion permission.
