Hi All,
I am learning WBIMB. I installed it, did the getting started wizard and ran the samples. Also gone through the Red-book - WBIMB-basics. I was wondering which way to go next. I mean which pdf should i go through.

I am not really that good at XML, ESQL and all the message format(MRM,CWF). Can you guys give some links for tutorilas on these.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, ESQL you'll have to learn, and although XML is not an absolute requirement to developing message flows, many applications these days are using XML-based messages.

To better understand ESQL, you can review the supplied sample message flows: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wmbhelp/v6r0m0/topic/com.ibm.etools.mft.doc/ax20230_.htm

Actually, with v6 you don't need to learn ESQL. You can do most everything with the Java Compute Node.

Although you should learn and use ESQL, anyway. It's a lot faster to develop, and read.

And you still need to understand the parsers and how the logical message trees are created and used. And it's easier to learn that with ESQL, too. Unless you already think in XPath.
