I can successfully access the global container values from the default web client with a valid filter (<GlobalContainer> : < Field> <Condition>).

Yet using the exact same filter when accessing the Global container through the API I get an FMC00825E error (FMC_ERROR_GLOBAL_CONTAINER_MEMBER_NOT_FOUND)

The error occurs on the method from API QueryWorkItems(<filter>, <sort>, <threshold>) and I'm logging on with an AUTO user.

Any assistance will be helpful.

Just a guess:

Is the process part of a category? Does the user in question have access to the category?

We do not use categories. We are running two system groups. Two seperate models etc.

Hi
Not to worry. I managed to figure out my problem. Due to the fact that we're running two systems,
I had inadvertently set the locator to point to the default configurationID of the first system.
For future reference when using 2 systems, don't use default values... Lesson hard learnt!
Everything is running as planned - thanks for the.... assistance.

Explicit settings...
setName(<LocatorName>)
setConfigurationID(<workflow configuration>)
locate("<Group>", "<System>");
