Sorry to have cross posted this message. However, this forum seems to be more applicable than the forum of my original post.

My question:
Using MQFTP to pick up a file from a remote system and drop the file on a queue is there a way or method available that will allow us to set the application identity data field?

What's "MQFTP"?

And if you mean the file transfer tool in v6 - DON'T USE THIS FOR PRODUCTION PURPOSES.

It's a sample, mainly. It's not an enterprise ready tool, and it's completely insecure.
