I keep getting the following error runing the sample VS.Net app can any help me?

Umm.

A quick check suggests you should have "queue:/// XXXXX.TESTQ" rather than "XXXXX.TESTQ".

2085 is an MQ return code. It means Object Not Found.

So you spelled your queue name wrong or forgot to create it in the first place.
