I am curious to how people in different companies deploy to there productions systems
Such as when an application with many flows goes from v1.0 to v1.1 etc
Do you do complete deploys or delta deploys ???? or a combination ??? _________________ Jeff

One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the unit of deployment is the BAR file. The only reason to redeploy topology is if the topology has changed.
You can't deploy flows or sets outside of a BAR file, and you can't redeploy everything on a broker or an EG without building a BAR file that has everything on each individual EG, and deploying to each EG individually.
So "complete" and "delta" are mostly obsolete these days - except for Topology. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

It's certainly not recommended to hand edit the broker db. In fact, it would be an extremely complicated RPITA to do and is generally a bad idea. But it's possible. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Well you can still do delta's and complete it depends on what your bar file contains. _________________ Jeff
