Hi all,
I would like to know what will be performance issues (like CPU utilization ) if I want to invoke Web service from my broker and send 3000 messages per day(200KB each).
(i will get the 3000 messages in one flat file and need to send to external web service)
Please advice me is there any big performance issues as my broker is being used for other interfaces also.
Many thanks

Hi mq_blr,
What web services are you calling.... How is the performance of the WebService itself...how quick will it respond etc...
Once that is certain only can you check your performance...
But on number of messages and size, it dosen't seem too bad...

You'll have to test this yourself, and measure the impact, and determine if it is an issue, and then determine if you can tune things to decrease the impact, and then determine if you can live with the remaining impact or if you must buy bigger hardware or more hardware...
It's a process, not a one-time thing. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
