We can discuss anything here in "General Discussion".
You should post information about yourself to "Job Seekers" if you are looking for a job, or information about a job to "Job Postings" if you are looking to hire someone.
In terms of career guidance, the best advice I have is "never stop learning". You won't get a career from learning MQ version 6. You might get a job, but to keep that job, you will need to be able to learn MQ Version 7, version 8, and whatever other things come along.
