Has anybody successfully used this SupportPac on AIX? The "Document information" section of the download site indicates AIX is a supported o/s but the documentation that comes with it says it has only been tested on Windows and "should be compatible...".

I have e-mailed the author but thought I would also ask the community.

If I recall, this is a java plugin that uses plain native Java APIs to implement standard TCP/IP traffic.

If it *doesn't* work on AIX, then it's likely something wrong with the Java and not with the plugin.

Be aware that this will be opening up a new network port on the machine, so your server and network folks will have to allow this.
