Working on event monitoring, following the manual,(event monitoring),
generated a Q depth Hi event. Then browsed the queue SYSTEM.ADMIN.PERFM.EVENT, for data (highQdepth, msgEnqcount, msgDeqCount etc...). I was unable to read the message Data. Tried to find for any conversions i have to make to make the data readable...
I missed something here... Following is the output

Are you asking for a tool:
Try support pac MO71.
If you want to understand what the data is how to programmatically understand it look at the programming guide.
