hi
We are running 2 clusters, 1 for SIT and another for UAT environment. Both these environment includes a mixture of Unix'es and zOS with MQ 5.3
On the zOS, due to some mistakes in creating qcluster - (accidentally put into wrong cluster name) i ended with duplicate autodefined clusters.
CRMS11.CLUS1 172.25.25.191(1420) INACT
CLUSSDRA BSSD N
CRMS11 - MG2S
CRMS11.CLUS1 172.25.25.191(1420) INACT
CLUSSDRA BSSD N
CRMS11 - MG2S
CRMS11.CLUS1 172.25.25.191(1420) RUN
CLUSSDRA BSSS Y
CRMS11 - MG2S
CRMS11.CLUS1 172.25.25.191(1420) INACT
CLUSSDRA BSSS N
CRMS11 - MG2S
Question:
1. How do i get rid of these duplicates ?
2. on the Unixes box, i saw the cluster sender has SYSTEM.TEMPQMGR<bla-bla> as the name
Thanks

1. SUSPEND QMGR
2. Alter chl(...) chltype(clusrcvr) chlcluster('')
3. Stop chl(...) --- clusrcvr
4. Del chl(...) --- clusrcvr
5. Stop chl(...) --- clussdr
6. Delt chl(...) --- clussdr
Remove the cluster queue
1. Alter ql(...) cluster('')
2. Alter ql(...) put(disabled)
3. Delete ql(...)
Here's a summary of Repository retention.
Full Repository

How about using the cluster commands to force remove the qmgr with the wrong clid from the cluster ? Use on full repository...
Enjoy
