Hi Gurus,
Is there any report available on performance and market share on various EAI products such as WMQ, WLI, TIBCO, Seebeyond, etc? If so, pls let me where can I get the same?

I do not know of any specific reports, but...
I quickly tried doing searches on Google such as "MQSeries vs SeeBeyond" and got some promising looking hits. They may turn out to be nothing when you look at them further.
Also try looking for SeeBeyond on IBM's site and vica-versa. These might be considered biased reports however.
Also try http://www.ebizq.net which might contain reports of some kind.
