Hi, I joined an organization last year when I was a fresher(BTech 2004 batch), as MQ Administrator.
Till this point I have been working in a support role for MQ which includes Creation of MQ objects requested by programmers,Installing the patches,Configuring the MQ environment on UNIX, Windows and some times on Mainframes(only the creation part).

I would Like the opinion on how to prepare for the MQ Admin. certification and also how can I broaden my skills in the Websphere field. What are the books which needs to be referred and how much time it takes to prepare.

Kindly Advice.
