Well, this shouldn't be necessary... but...
Is the computer you are trying to install on able to connect to the Internet?
What step in the install process is happening when an error occurs? Does the installer actually show an error message? What is it? _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

So you have successfully installed the product, and now you are trying to update the eclipse portions of the Toolkit.
What happens when you enter that url into a browser? Does it work?
Are you behind a proxy server that needs authentication or something?
Also, you can't get at FixPacks/CSDs through the Update Manager, you have to download them manually and apply them that way.
So try applying the most recent FP for Broker to your toolkit, and see if that fixes this. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
