Can I use MQ V6 on AIX (4 QMgrs) in a cluster with MQ v5. on zOS? As far as my knowledge goes, I can, but...
We want to upgrade to MQ v6 on AIX (currently running 4 QMgrs on AIX in cluster with zOS) and just want to make sure that I'll not have any issues...

Yes, I've gotten several versions of MQSeries running in the same cluster. MQv6 and MQv5 should work fine together. |

You people are braver than I, I dare not update production systems to v6 at least 'til another six months time; the benefit is not worth the risk, and v6 is yet not widely used enough to be considered "stable"... |

I agree with hopsala. At least wait for the first fix for v6.
