Our workflow server is running on AIX and i am trying to configure the client connection from my laptop (windows xp).I have copied MQWFCHL.TAB file from var/fmc/chltabs location and also set the env path to C:\Program Files\MQSeries Workflow\bin\MQClient.
when i login as ADMIN it gives me Timeout error. Please correct my mistake.

What happens when you run 'fmcautil' ?

Also I think you have to set the MQCHLTAB environment variable to point to your channel table.

I dont use channel tables. Instead I set the MQSERVER environment variable.

'SET MQSERVER = <SVRCONN CHANNEL Name>/TCP/Hostname(<port>)'

I would try the configuration checker fmczchk.exe. Use the -y parameter to check your configurationID.

When you copy the CHLTAB from Unix to Windows using ftp, make sure that u set it binary. I was making that mistake in the beginning

Just 2 cents!!
