I doubt they are there for people to click on. They are there to increase the # of links to those sites, and thus boost their Google rating.
Can the Moderators delete them when they see them?

Sebastian, I have made you a moderator for the job seekers and job postings forums. Feel free to test out your new found power by deleting this post. You should see some new icons at the bottom left of the page to delete/move etc... posts in these forums...
