I have Microfocus Cobol running well in MQ5.3 , but if I re-compile it in MQ 6.0 and run it, I get the error 2058.

I have tried to use amqsput & amqsget manually with the same QMGR I specified in the COBOL program, and it goes through well.

Could you help me, why I got error 2058 when run within Cobol program.

The 2058 is a qmgr name error. I'd double-check that your program is picking the name up correctly. Are you using the same version of the compiler?
