Hi all,
I'm facing a really wired and annoing problem.
Whenever I use the mqsistop command I get a core dump.
The larger problem is :
I'm writing a flow that is a web service. Occasionally I can't call my web service, that is I get a read time out or a similar error. When that happans, I stop the broker and then starts it, it creates a core dump but after those actions, the web service call works again.
I looked for errors in the user.log and using the mqsireadlog command, and in the /var/mqsi/errors, but I couldn't find anything helpfull.
I'm really suffering from this problem.
If i'm not mistaken I'm on csd4.0, AIX and WBIMB 5.0 (- I'll check it tomorrow and fix the wrong data).
Please give me any idea, why is the inconsistency ? and whats with the core dump ?
I don't have direct internet access so please try to direct me to the relevant error/data.

Opening a PMR with IBM is the only rational response to a coredump.
Coredumps should not happen. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
