Apparently you are not trying hard enough.
Have you tried creating a QCF or a JMS Queue pointer.
When using JMS to connect to an MQManager I have heard that it helps assuming the WMQ objects you are pointing to actually exist on the WMQManager in question.
Try that an see if it helps......... _________________ Yes, I am an agent of Satan but my duties are largely ceremonial. |

And also catch the linked exception. You can find code on this site by searching. The linked exception will give you the underlying WMQ error. |

It's kind of hard to change the WebSphere code to catch the linked exception..
Especially since it already does, and probably reported the proper Reason Code and Completion code in a different section of the error message, that sanedevil chose not to report. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Definitely hard to catch...I figured that this was his own code that was throwing the error based on:
Code: |
[6/21/05 14:37:40:565 IST] 6dae5313 SystemOut O Creating qcf
[6/21/05 14:37:40:575 IST] 6dae5313 SystemOut O Creating conn |
I figured he was trying to create his qcf/connection and was printing out his status. |
