i have a system that is on a solaris 9 server (server1). all the mq components are on the same server (mq seriees 5.3 and mq workflow 3.5). from a portal, the user submits an xml message that kicks off a process instance in workflow. the portal is also on the same server.
now, another server (server2) is going to actually post the xml message (different server altogether). how do i set up my server to server communication so that server2 can send the xml message to server1?
if someone can point me to the right documentation to follow, or knows how to do this, please help!!
this was a last minute design change before user acceptance testing and it is imperative i get this working!

Check out the intercommunications manual. It sounds like you need to change your local queue to a remote queue and set up appropriate channels between the qmgrs.
