Hi,

I am trying to export a process which is already in run-time from WorkBench to WBI Monitor. But that process didnot have an root organization defined. I learned that there must be an root organization defined to the process for importing in Monitor. So, i did

Repository->Organization data->Organization Info and here i named it as "XYZ" which is the name of root organization.

Then to export this process as XML file for Monitor, i did

File->Import/Export->Import/Export XML->Export to Monitor. Here i am selecting the Process to be exported and also organization data and clicking the SAVE button. But it doesnot create an XML message. May be it creates a file as XML format but i dont find XML in it. It says XML header missing. I guess all this is happening because i did not create an root organization correctly.

I tried creating the XML in another for by FILE->Import/Export->Import/Export XML->Export BPM XML. It created an XML message and when i tried to import this in monitor, it says "Organization NULL". So, the problem is i am not creating organization in proper way.

Can anyone guide me in creating an root organization for a process model to import that into WBI Monitor. Thanks. Regards
