we have the CONTAINER table with huge no.of records in it. We are running the cleanup server everynight. I am suspecting this might be due to some setting some where. We also use Global containers to populate the container values, but I guess cleanup server should be purging these after the instances are finished in WF.

May I know, if this alright or something is wrong somewhere.
