I am not able to get messages on the reply-to queue(ii3_local) if i put messages in the remote queue.My sample code looks like this

msg.messageType = MQC.MQMT_REPLY;
msg.replyToQueueName = "ii3_local";
msg.replyToQueueManagerName = "ii3";

Do you have channels, xmitqs and suitable definitions between each qmgr?

Remember all names are case sensitive. Are you sure your qname and qmgr name are lower case ?
