HI all, I am writing a client program using JMS, any one know how to get the message id , which generated by the qManager, in the client program? As I have to use this value to pick the right reply message. Thanks.

Go take a look at CorrelExample.java at:

http://www.developer.ibm.com/tech/sampmq.html

It does all sorts of message id/correlation id manipulation.
