Hi,

We have a directory called gmi in opt/mqm.

We are in the process of upgrading MQ on the Solaris server and was wondering whether the op/mqm file structure is removed and re-created?

My question is whether during the MQ install the gmi directory is deleted?

If it is a non-MQ folder then it won't get touched but you'd be wise to back it up just in case and consider moving it somewhere appropriate.
