During the bar file content management there is a possibility to include message flow/set source files into the bar file.

Why?

Is there any possibility to unpack these sources from it? If yes, how?

To view the contents of a BAR file, all you have to do is 'unzip' it.

Yes. You can open a bar file with WinZip or similer unzipping utility and see the actual code contained in .cmf file. It's a plain text file that has esql code. It's slightly different from the actual code, but very much readable.
