Hi,

I am trying to install WBI MB 5.0.1 on an AIX 5.2 but I get "NoClassDefFoundError: run" error when i try to run the command SETUPAIX. The steps are as shown....

Prdintg1up>./SETUPAIX
InstallShield Wizard

Initializing InstallShield Wizard......

Searching for Java(tm) Virtual Machine.......

Preparing Java(tm) Virtual Machine........
..........................................................
........................................................
...................................................Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: run

I tried to set all the classpaths and everything seems to be in the right position. I am unable to find the cause of the error. I will be grateful for the helps.

I think you have a bad CD. The command should be called "setupaix" lowercase, not upper case. You should confirm that the cd has long file names for files and folders.

We have had the sampe problem. Problem occured when a developer uploaded the AIX media on to a server where we store binaries, from a WNIDOWS box.
