1. When a queue is added to a cluster as cluster-q, it is not visble from other qmgrs in that cluster. what may be the reasons?
when dis qcluster(*) done in that qmgr, that queue is displayed. when the samething is done from other qmgrs in that cluster, it is not visble.

2. I see some of the cluster queues two times (when dis qcluster(*) done) . when does it happen?

I am not a cluster expert so please take my answers with a grain of salt....

1) Only immediately visible from a full repository. On a partial repository or a participant qmgr only visible after it has been used for the first time.

2) You should see it as many times as it is hosted in the cluster.
If 2 different qmgrs host the same queue it should appear twice in your list.
