Hi in our SYSTEM.AUTH etc queues the max qdepth is 80.Currently the depth is 70. Do we need to delete the messages from those queues.If it reaches the qmax depth what happens.

I wouldn't delete anything from this Queue. It's where MQ keeps all the Access authorisations.

Do you really mean the Maximum Queue Depth, or the High Depth Limit.
If it's the former, then I would just increase it. It should be 999999999 by default. The latter is a percentage of the former before an Event is raised. You can leave this at 80%.
